A Makeover For A Trusted Seal Of Approval


There's news for consumers who are shopping to update their houses' heating & cooling systems. A widely known seal of approval has undergone a redesign.

After accrediting the performance of more than 150,000,000 a/c, heat pumps and other cooling and heating parts for houses and businesses for nearly 50 years, the Board of Directors of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) has approved the redesign of its item efficiency certification seal.

The Institute's accreditation programs offer a sound engineering basis for score the performance of HVACR equipment, permit product contrast that benefits consumers and producers, and offer reward to makers to enhance effectiveness in order to gain market share.
